1. Who we are
Inventive Plus SRL , Ilfov Corbeanca Strada Primaverii 138A, VAT no. RO37119745 („Amplifyou”), the controller of the Amplifyou platform.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser. Similar technologies do the same thing by other means: the browser’s local storage (localStorage), tracking pixels (invisible images that signal that a page has been opened) and the scripts of analytics and advertising providers. In this policy we call all of them „cookies”.
3. Legal basis
For strictly necessary cookies your consent is not required (art. 4 para. (5) and (6) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector). For all the others we ask for your consent before activating them. The resulting personal data (for example, the IP address, device identifiers) we process on the basis of consent (art. 6 para. (1) point (a) GDPR) or, for the strictly necessary ones, of the legitimate interest in making the website work (point (f)).
4. The categories of cookies we use
4.1. Strictly necessary — without them the website and your account do not work. They are always active.

Data transmitted: the IP address (truncated by Google in the EU before storage), a browser identifier, the pages visited, the type of device. 4.4. Third-party embedded content. Some pages may contain YouTube videos or maps. They load only after you accept the „marketing” category, or in the provider’s cookie-free variant.
5. How you give and how you withdraw your consent
- On your first visit, the banner asks you to choose. You can accept everything, reject everything, or choose by category. No optional category is active before you choose.
- You can change your choice at any time from the „Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Withdrawal stops the cookies from that moment on; it does not affect the data collected before.
- We ask you again after 12 months, or when we add a new category.
- You can also delete or block cookies from your browser; the website may work less well without the strictly necessary ones.
6. What we keep about your choice
In order to demonstrate consent (art. 7 para. (1) GDPR) we keep: a pseudonymous identifier of the browser, the categories accepted or rejected, the date and time, the version of the banner. Retention period: 12 months from the last choice.
7. Changes
We update this policy whenever we add or remove cookies. The version date is in the header. When we add a new category, the banner appears again.
